14 groups from different parts of the world, all of them among the best performing troupes in the world music circuit, awed the audience in Zhongshan Park from 21st – 22nd May 2011. The Shanghai World Music festival organized large-scale outdoor performances for the first time. This festival not only features regular troupes from previous festivals, but also brought in many successful debut performances from all over the world.
